The examination of voter petition cases is familiar to the examiners at Applied Forensics. We, at Applied Forensics, are unique in the sense that we have four (4) examiners who are court qualified in the examination of signatures.  Most of these petition cases are time sensitive; we have a large support staff that assists in these cases no matter how large or how small. Some of our experts have testified in cases throughout the United States.

Some questions asked in the voter petition cases are:

Did the same person sign in multiple locations on one or more sheets?

Did the same person fill out the address, city and state information?

Did the “real” person sign their name to the petition?

Did a family member sign for another family member for example a wife signs her husband’s name?
